Uncooked/Raw Half Stuffed Turkey Breast (4-5 lbs) Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the turkey breast on a roasting rack in a shallow roasting pan, skin side up.
- Cover loosely with foil to prevent over-browning.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- For stuffed turkey breasts, ensure the stuffing's internal temperature also reaches 165°F (74°C).
