Small Serves 6-8

Paella Reheating Instructions (Small)

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Cover the paella with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
Comments:
  • If reheating from frozen, allow the paella to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before reheating.
  • For a crispier texture, remove the foil in the last 5 minutes of reheating.
  • Ensure seafood is fully heated before serving.

Medium Serves 10-12

Paella Reheating Instructions (Medium)

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Cover the paella with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until fully warmed.
Comments:
  • If reheating from frozen, allow the paella to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before reheating.
  • For a slightly crispy bottom layer, remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of reheating.
