Each individual Wellington is approximately 1/2 lb in size. Price: $28.99 / lb (each 1/2lb Wellington is approx. $14.50). Salmon Wellington contains cream cheese. We recommend selecting Frozen; simply thaw in the fridge the night before cooking for at least 12 hours. Please select the number of individual Wellingtons you would like below. Payment: You will pay at pickup based on the final weight.
