Uncooked/Raw Half Turkey Breast (4-5 lbs) Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the turkey breast on a roasting rack in a shallow roasting pan, skin side up.

Brush the turkey breast with oil or melted butter, and season as desired.

Cover loosely with foil to prevent over-browning.

Roast for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Remove the foil during the last 15-20 minutes of cooking to allow the skin to brown and crisp.
Cooking times may vary depending on your oven and the thickness of the turkey breast.
Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
