Place the turkey breast on a roasting rack in a shallow roasting pan, skin side up.

Cover loosely with foil to prevent over-browning.

Bake for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
