Paella
Small Serves 6-8
Paella Reheating Instructions (Small)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cover the paella with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
Comments:
- If reheating from frozen, allow the paella to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before reheating.
- For a crispier texture, remove the foil in the last 5 minutes of reheating.
- Ensure seafood is fully heated before serving.

Medium Serves 10-12
Paella Reheating Instructions (Medium)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cover the paella with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until fully warmed.
Comments:
- If reheating from frozen, allow the paella to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before reheating.
- For a slightly crispy bottom layer, remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of reheating.
- Ensure all ingredients, especially seafood, reach a safe serving temperature.

Paella Reheating Instructions (Large)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cover the paella with aluminum foil to maintain moisture.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
Comments:
- If reheating from frozen, allow the paella to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before reheating.
- For a traditional crispy bottom (socarrat), remove the foil for the last 5-10 minutes of reheating.
- Stir gently before serving to evenly distribute heat.
